Hours:	The Finance Committee meets on the 1st Thursday of each month at 4:30pm
Function:	Responsible for the budgeting process of the Town as well as overseeing and managing the Stabilization Fund (used to maintain funding for Capital Expenses) and the Reserve Fund (used to pay for budget overruns at the end of each fiscal year).
