	Common Fees for the Monterey Board of Health: Septic Permit: $200.00 New/Upgrade or Replacement & $50.00 Repair (as of 6/20/06) Effective 11/19/07 all septic permit applications must have original signatures for the owner and licensed installer. Septic Installer's Permit: $75.00 Well Construction Permit: $100.00 Witness of Perc Test: $200.00/1st 3 hours, $50.00 thereafter Camp Permit: $200.00 Septage Hauler Permit: $125.00 Please call Melissa at 413.528.1443 for questions on any permit fees not listed.
