MONTEREY BOARD OF HEALTH MEETING MINUTES

Present: Stephen Enoch, Robert Annelli, Peter Kolodziej and John Makuc
Also present: Peter Vallianos
The meeting began at 3:30pm
1. Perc tests done last week at 8 Bidwell Rd, the purchase is being sold and the new owner will be upgrading the system with an ie technology system.
2. Peter Vallianos came in representing someone looking to buy 69 Hupi Woods Circle. When he looked at the file here he didn’t see the most recent Title V report which Peter stated wouldn’t invalidate it. There was a question as to whether the tank was 1000 or 1500 gallons.
3. The minutes from 4/12 and 5/3 were approved as written.
4. The next meeting will be on Monday, June 7th.
