The Board of Appeals for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Hearing on December 7, 2004 at 4:00 p.m. in the Town Offices, Monterey Grange 291, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA, to act on the Special Permit Application of Richard E. Nault, 45 Northeast Cove Road, Monterey, to expand the existing single-family dwelling in order to provide an acceptable master bedroom and bathroom, and to construct a detached garage with guest bedroom and bathroom.
