PUBLIC NOTICE
The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Meeting on Monday August 8, 2005, at 6:00 p.m. at the Monterey Town Offices, Monterey Grange #291, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA, to act on a Request for Determination of Applicability, MWPA GLC 131 section 40, for Warren Thomson for the repair of existing timber framed barn to match existing. The project is located in a River Zone.
