NOTICE OF PUBLIC Hearing
The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, August 8, 2005, at 6:00 p.m. at the Monterey Town Offices, Monterey Grange #291, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA, to act on a Notice of Intent, MWPA GLC 131 section 40, for Frank Gurtman of, 33 North East Cove Rd, for construction of an addition to a single family house and the installation of a new septic system. The project is in the Buffer Zone of Lake Garfield and will affect resource areas.
