PUBLIC NOTICE
The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Meeting on Monday September 12, 2005, at 6:00 p.m. at the Monterey Town Offices, Monterey Grange #291, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA, to act on a Request for Determination of Applicability, MWPA GLC 131 section 40, for Donald & Kyle Pierce at 24 Seven Arts Road, Monterey for the installation of a new water line and replacement of 100 gallon steel septic tank. The project is located in the Lake Buel District.
