NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, September 12, 2005, at 6:00 p.m. at the Monterey Town Offices, Monterey Grange #291, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA, to act on an Abbreviated Notice of Intent, MWPA GLC 131 section 40, for Richard Nault of, 45 Northeast Cove Rd, for construction of an addition to the existing cottage. The project is in the Lake Buel district.
