TOWN OF MONTEREY
NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey, pursuant to the provisions of the Berkshire Scenic Mountains Act, Chapter 131, Section 39A of the Massachusetts General Laws, will conduct a Public Meeting on Monday, September 12, 2005 at 6:00 p.m. at the Monterey Town Offices, Monterey Grange #291, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA to consider the SMA Request for Determination of Applicability of Philip & Sue Knoll for an addition to an existing single family house. The project is located on a slope greater than 15% at 35 Stevens Lake.
