PUBLIC NOTIC
The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Meeting on Tuesday October 11, 2005, at 6:00 p.m. at the Monterey Town Offices, Monterey Grange #291, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA, to act on a Request for Determination of Applicability, MWPA GLC 131 section 40, for Joel Nowak of 70 Harmon Rd, Monterey for permission to connect three separate ponds by use of a rubber membrane.
