PUBLIC NOTICE
TOWN OF MONTEREY NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey will hold a public meeting on Tuesday October 11, 2005, at 6:00pm at the Monterey Town Offices, Monterey Grange #291, 435 Main Rd, Monterey, MA, to act on a Request for Determination of Applicability, MWPA GLC 131 section 40, for the Monterey Parks Commission to clean the weeds out of the public swimming area at Lake Garfield after the draw down.~ The project is located at the Bank and in Land Under Water at Lake Garfield.
