PUBLIC NOTICE
The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Meeting on Monday, November 14, 2005, at 6:00 p.m. at the Monterey Town Offices, Monterey Grange #291, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA, to act on a Request for Determination of Applicability, MWPA GLC 131 section 40, for Dianne and Seymour Zager of 9 Point Road, Monterey to convert an existing raised deck which will include construction of a roof and framing for screen enclosures. This project is located on Lake Garfield.
