NOTICE OF PUBLIC Hearing
The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey, pursuant to the provisions of the Berkshire Scenic Mountains Act, Chapter 131, Section 39A of the Massachusetts General Laws, will conduct a Public Hearing on Monday, December 12, 2005, at 6:00 p.m. at the Monterey Town Offices, Monterey Grange #291, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA, to consider the Notice of Intent of Morton & Sandra Sternberg, for Construction of a 24x24 foot post & beam barn. The project is located in a mapped mountain region at Mount Hunger Road.
