The Town of Monterey is soliciting proposals for an audit of the town for fiscal year 2005 from Certified Public Accountants and Licensed Public Accountants.  This audit will be conducted in accordance with generally accepted government auditing standards and will include GASB34 implementation.  Proposals are due by Thursday, January 5, 2006 and should be mailed to Monterey Town Hall P.O. Box 308 Monterey, MA 01245 Attn: Barbara Gauthier.  Interested firms may obtain a copy of the RFP from Melissa Noe at 413-528-1443.  Small and minority owned businesses are encouraged to reply.
