NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, January 9, 2006 at 6:00 p.m. at the Monterey Town Offices, Monterey Grange #291, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA, to act on an Amendment to the Order of Conditions for a Notice of Intent, MWPA GLC 131 section 40, for Elinor Leavitt of, 64 Worth Lane. The project is in the Buffer Zone of Lake Garfield and River Zone of Peppermint Brook.
