NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Board of Appeals for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, August 28, 2006 at 4:00pm at the Town Offices, 435 Main Road, Monterey, to act on the Special Permit Application of Amy Rothschild of 4 Brewer Circle, to alter, extend and reconstruct an existing non-conforming single-family dwelling on a non-conforming lot. The property is located in the Agricultural-Residential District, and is recorded in the Southern Berkshire Registry of Deeds, Book 1415, Page 74.
