The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Meeting on Monday, August 14, 2006, at 6:00 p.m. at the Monterey Town Offices, Monterey Grange #291, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA, to act on a Request for Determination of Applicability, MWPA GLC 131 section 40, for John Halbreich of 50 Laurel Banks Rd, Monterey to repair concrete foundation of dock house. This project is located within the buffer zone of Lake Garfield.
