TOWN OF MONTEREY
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey, pursuant to the provisions of the Berkshire Scenic Mountains Act, Chapter 131, Section 39A of the Massachusetts General Laws, will conduct a Public Hearing on Monday, August 14, 2006 at 6:00 p.m. at the Monterey Town Offices, Monterey Grange #291, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA, to consider a request for a second amendment to an Order of Conditions for Henry & Gerry Alpert. The project is located in a mapped mountain region at Mount Hunger Road.
