The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Meeting on Monday, September 11, 2006, at 6:00 p.m. at the Monterey Town Offices, Monterey Grange #291, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA, to act on a Request for Determination of Applicability, MWPA GLC 131 section 40, for 30 Sylvan Rd, Monterey to replace damage to a floating dock and repair existing deck. This project is located within 100ft of the buffer zone of Lake Garfield.
