PUBLIC NOTICE (9/29/06 Berkshire Record)
The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Meeting on Tuesday, October 10, 2006, at 6:00 p.m. at the Monterey Town Offices, Monterey Grange #291, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA, to act on a Request for Determination of Applicability, MWPA GLC 131 section 40, for Amy Rothschild of 4 Brewer Circle, Monterey to build an 8x32 addition on piers with a 10x20 deck on piers and to relocate a tool shed. This project is located within the buffer zone of Lake Garfield.
