The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey, pursuant to the provisions of the Berkshire Scenic Mountains Act, Chapter 131, Section 39A of the Massachusetts General Laws, will Conduct a Public Meeting on Monday, November 13, 2006 at 6:00 p.m. at the Monterey Town Offices, Monterey Grange #291, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA to Consider the SMA Notice of Intent for Esther & John Heffernan on Mt Hunger Rd for proposed project of the construction of a new house in the mapped region of the Scenic Mountain Act.
