NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Board of Appeals for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, November 16, 2006 at 4:00pm at the Town Offices, 435 Main Road, Monterey, to act on the Special Permit Application of Kevin and Jill Brenner, of 42 Elephant Rock Road, for the demolition of a non-conforming 4 bdrm house and to reconstruct a 4 bdrm house with garage addition. The property is located in the Lakeshore District, and is recorded in the Southern Berkshire Registry of Deeds, Book 1628, Page 399. Record Title is in the name of Kevin and Jill Brenner.
