NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Board of Appeals for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, December 4, 2006 at 4:00pm at the Town Offices, 435 Main Road, Monterey, to act on the application for a Special Permit under Section IX.B.2 or a Variance under Section IX.B.3 of the Monterey Zoning Bylaws for Paul Geall of 24 Carrington Battelle Rd, to construct an addition to the existing non-conforming structure. The property is located in the Agricultural-Residential District, and is recorded in the Southern Berkshire Registry of Deeds, Book 1721, Page 115. Record Title is in the name of Paul Geall.
