NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Board of Appeals for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, December 12, 2006 at 4:00pm at the Town Offices, 435 Main Road, Monterey, to act on the Special Permit Application of Judith Greenwald and Robin Fried, of 6 Point Road, to add a second story, enlarge kitchen, and expand an open deck and stairs to the existing single family, single story dwelling on a non-conforming lot. The property is located in the Lakeshore District, and is recorded in the Southern Berkshire Registry of Deeds, Book 720, Page 90. Record Title is in the name of Robin Fried and Judith Greenwald.
