The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Meeting on Monday, December 11, 2006, at 6:00 p.m. at the Monterey Town Offices, Monterey Grange #291, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA, to act on a Request for Determination of Applicability, MWPA GLC 131 section 40, for David Niewinski of Pixley Rd, Monterey to construct a new single family home within proximity of a wetland.
