The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Meeting on Monday, January 8, 2007 at 6:00 p.m. at the Monterey Town Offices, Monterey Grange #291, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA, to act on a Request for Determination of Applicability, MWPA GLC 131 section 40, for Nancy Monk of 32 Elephant Rock Rd, Monterey to install a drilled well and water and electric lines. This project is located within 100ft of the buffer zone of Lake Garfield.
