The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey, will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, June 11, 2007 at 6:00pm at the Monterey Town Offices, Monterey Grange #291, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA to act on a Notice of Intent, MWPA GLC 131 section 40 for Edward and Rochelle Brown at 24 Point Rd, Monterey to reconstruct a single family home within the 100’ buffer zone.
