NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Board of Appeals for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, August 8, 2007 at 4:00pm at the Town Offices, 435 Main Road, Monterey, to act on the application for a Special Permit under Section IV.E.2.b of the Monterey Zoning Bylaws for Howard A. and Gail Leavy of 40 Beartown Mountain Rd. to replace and increase the height (pitch) of an existing leaking roof on a nonconforming dwelling on a nonconforming lot. The property is recorded in the Southern Berkshire Registry of Deeds, Book 1035, Page 253. Record Title is in the name of Howard A. and Gail Leavy.
