The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey, will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, September 10, 2007 at 6:00pm at the Monterey Town Offices, Monterey Grange #291, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA to act on a Notice of Intent, MWPA GLC 131 section 40 for Eugene Bodian of 20 Bidwell Rd, Monterey to construct an addition and to voluntarily upgrade the septic system.
