NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Board of Appeals for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, October 16, 2007 at 4:00pm at the Town Offices, 435 Main Road, Monterey, to act on the application for a Special Permit under Section IX.B.2 of the Monterey Zoning Bylaws for Edward and Rochelle Brown of 24 Point Rd to reconstruct an existing nonconforming structure with an increase in the height of the existing structure’s highest point. The property is recorded in the Southern Berkshire Registry of Deeds, Book 630, Page 317. Record Title is in the name of Rochelle Brown.
