NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Board of Appeals for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, November 15, 2007 at 4:00pm at the Town Offices, 435 Main Road, Monterey, to act on the application for a Special Permit under Section IX.B.2 of the Monterey Zoning Bylaws for Massachusetts Electric and Western Mass Electric Company to install a concrete prefabricated radio equipment shelter on the fire tower on Mt. Wilcox in Beartown State Forest and to install antennas on the existing tower. The property is recorded in the Southern Berkshire Registry of Deeds, Book 471, Page 58.
