NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Board of Appeals for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, November 15, 2007 immediately following the 4:00 scheduled hearing at the Town Offices, 435 Main Road, Monterey, to act on the application for a Special Permit under Section IX.B.2 of the Monterey Zoning Bylaws for Richard Tryon of 120 New Marlboro Rd. to extend an existing kitchen that does not meet current front setback requirements. The property is recorded in the Southern Berkshire Registry of Deeds, Book 838, Page 330. Record Title is in the name of Richard A Tryon, Trustee.
