PUBLIC NOTICE (10/26/07 Berkshire Record)
The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Meeting on Tuesday, November 13, 2007 at 6:00 p.m. at the Monterey Town Offices, Monterey Grange #291, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA, to act on a Request for Determination of Applicability, MWPA GLC 131 section 40, for the Stevens Lake Homeowners Association located at Stevens Lake Rd, Monterey to place additional upstream face rip rap and repair the right abutment leakage at the Stevens Lake Dam.
