NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Board of Appeals for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, December 11, 2007 at 4:00pm at the Town Offices, 435 Main Road, Monterey, to act on the application for a Special Permit under Section IV.E.2.b of the Monterey Zoning Bylaws for Frank and Jane Crotty of 16 Woodland Drive, Monterey to construct an extension to an existing structure on a non-conforming lot. The extension’s roof line would exceed the existing structure’s highest point. The property is recorded in the Southern Berkshire Registry of Deeds, Book 1134, Page 221.
