PUBLIC NOTICE
The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Meeting on Monday, December 10, 2007 at 6:00 p.m. at the Monterey Town Offices, Monterey Grange #291, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA, to act on a Request for Determination of Applicability, MWPA GLC 131 section 40, for Philip and Carolyn Perelmuter of 14 Woodland Drive, Monterey to maintain the vegetative cover, improve plant diversity, eliminate runoff erosion and flooding, provide safer property use conditions and create vistas of Lake Garfield from the house. This project is in the buffer zone of Lake Garfield.
