PUBLIC NOTICE (11/23/07 Berkshire Record)
The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Meeting on Monday, December 10, 2007 at 6:00 p.m. at the Monterey Town Offices, Monterey Grange #291, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA, to act on a Request for Determination of Applicability, MWPA GLC 131 section 40, for Maureen Regan of 5 Buckingham Lane, Monterey to install a new roof on an existing building and construct a 5’ x 40’ walkway alongside and attached to the house, eliminating the steps currently there. This project is in the buffer zone of Lake Garfield.
