The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey, will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, December 10, 2007 at 6:00pm at the Monterey Town Offices, Monterey Grange #291, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA to act on a Notice of Intent, MWPA GLC 131 section 40 for Ellen Pearson of 111 Chestnut Hill Rd, Monterey to remove siltation in an existing firepond.
