PUBLIC NOTICE (12/21/07 Berkshire Record)
The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Meeting on Monday, January 14, 2008, at 6:00 p.m. at the Monterey Town Offices, Monterey Grange #291, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA, to act on a Request for Determination of Applicability, MWPA GLC 131 section 40, for John Delmolino of 527 Main Rd, Monterey to build a removable 4’ x 25’ dock attached to an existing bulk head. This project is located within the buffer zone of Lake Garfield.
