PUBLIC NOTICE (12/28/07 Berkshire Record)
The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Meeting on Monday, January 14, 2008, at 6:00 p.m. at the Monterey Town Offices, Monterey Grange #291, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA, to act on a Request for Determination of Applicability, MWPA GLC 131 section 40, for the Mass. State Police/Dept of Conservation & Recreation to develop new and existing radio sites at the top of Mt Wilcox.
