MONTEREY PUBLIC NOTICE
The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Meeting on Monday, August 11, 2008, at 6:00 p.m. at the Monterey Town Offices, Monterey Grange #291, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA, to act on a Request for Determination of Applicability, MWPA GLC 131 section 40, for Georgianna Eschen of 12 Sylvan Rd, Monterey to build a dock according to plan in the Lake Shore district.
