PUBLIC NOTICE (8/1/08 Berkshire Record)
The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey, will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, August 11, 2008 at 6:00pm at the Monterey Town Offices, Monterey Grange #291, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA to act on a Notice of Intent, MWPA GLC 131 section 40 for The Lombardo Group of Pixley Rd (also known as the Blue Heron Landing), Monterey to deconstruct eight (8) existing buildings down to their foundations and then reconfigure the existing six (6) lots with apartments into three (3) single family home lots. This project is located in the buffer zone of Lake Buel.
