PUBLIC NOTICE (8/1/08 Berkshire Record)
TOWN OF MONTEREY
The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey, pursuant to the provisions of the Berkshire Scenic Mountains Act, Chapter 131, Section 39A of the Massachusetts General Laws, will conduct a Public Hearing on Monday, August 11, 2008 at 6:00 p.m. at the Monterey Town Offices, Monterey Grange #291, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA, to consider the Notice of Intent of Steven Levkoff of 26 Eaton Rd in Monterey to further develop the site while maintaining the existing single family residential use of the site. The project is located in a mapped mountain region of Eaton Rd.
