PUBLIC NOTICE (Berkshire Record)
The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey, will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, October 14, 2008 at 6:00pm at the Monterey Town Offices, Monterey Grange #291, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA to act on a Notice of Intent, MWPA GLC 131 section 40 for Martin and Jane Schwartz of 66 Art School Rd, Monterey to continue the pond program maintenance to prevent the establishment of invasive species and to preserve desirable water quality.
