NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Board of Appeals for the Town of Monterey will hold a Pubic Hearing on September 24, 2008 at 4:00 p.m. in the Town Offices, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA, to act on the Application of Stephen Moore and Wendy Jensen for a Special Permit to construct a building in two phases for the purpose of both owners to pursue customary home occupations. The property is located in the Agricultural/Residential District and is recorded in the Southern Berkshire Registry of Deeds, Book 1847 Page 70. Record title is in the name of Stephen R. Moore, Wendy G Jensen. Application is made under Section IV.E.2c of the Monterey Zoning Bylaw.
