PUBLIC NOTICE (Berkshire Record)
The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Meeting on Monday, December 8, 2008, at 6:00 p.m. at the Monterey Town Offices, Monterey Grange #291, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA, to act on a Request for Determination of Applicability, MWPA GLC 131 section 40, for Frank Kern of 4 Art School Rd, Monterey to excavate under an existing building and form and pour an 8” concrete frost wall foundation. This project is located in a wetlands buffer zone.
