Notice of Public Hearings on Toll Structure Changes
In accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. c. 81A, 5 4(j), the Massachusetts Turnpike Authority ("Authority") is convening public hearings on toll structure changes within the Metropolitan Highway System.
The proposed changes include increasing tolls and changing toll rates. Public hearings will be held on the dates and at the locations stated in this notice.

The Authority will accept oral testimony on the toll structure changes during these public hearings. In addition, written testimony and comments will be accepted for one week following the hearings, until 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 14, 2008.
