PUBLIC NOTICE (Berkshire Record)
The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Meeting on Monday, January 12, 2009, at 6:00 p.m. at the Monterey Town Offices, Monterey Grange #291, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA, to act on a Request for Determination of Applicability, MWPA GLC 131 section 40, for Jane & Paul Lang of 19 Point Rd, Monterey to pour footings to support a 6’ x 50’ cantilevered balcony. This project is located within 20feet from the Lake Garfield shoreline.
