PUBLIC NOTICE (Berkshire Record)
The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Meeting on Monday, January 12, 2009, at 6:00 p.m. at the Monterey Town Offices, Monterey Grange #291, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA, to act on a Request for Determination of Applicability, MWPA GLC 131 section 40, for Carolann and Steven Leffler of Steven’s Lake Way, Monterey to cut and remove small trees to obtain a view. Parts of this project will be located within the 100ft buffer zone of Steven’s Lake.
