PUBLIC NOTICE (Berkshire Record)
The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, February 9, 2009 at 6:00pm at the Monterey Town Offices, Monterey Grange #291, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA to act on a Notice of Intent, MWPA GLC 131 section 40 for David and Carolyn Wasserman of 40 Elephant Rock Rd. to reconfigure an existing seasonal dock and replace the existing wooden steps to the dock. This project is located within 100 feet of the bank of Lake Garfield and the property contains slopes greater than 15%.
