TOWN OF MONTEREY
NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey, pursuant to the provisions of the Berkshire Scenic Mountains Act, Chapter 131, Section 39A of the Massachusetts General Laws, will conduct a Public Meeting on Monday, May 11, 2009 at 6:00 p.m. at the Monterey Town Offices, Monterey Grange #291, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA, to consider the SMA Request for Determination of Applicability of Mr. Jackson of 179 Mt. Hunger Rd. to construct a screened in porch attached to an existing single family home. This project is located in a Scenic Mountain Region.
